Payments for sales of all items offered directly on the Meiping Ltd. website can be made by wire transfer, certified or bank check from a U.S. bank only, Paypal or regular check, subject to collection.

If Paypal is used for payment there will be an additional charge of 2 1/2% to cover the cost charged by Paypal for the use of its services.

Payments for IGavel.com Auction Sales

Meiping Ltd. will invoice buyers on IGavel.com by invoice, including the buyer's commission immediately following the closing of the auction sale. If the piece is to be shipped to a location in New York State then Meiping Ltd. will include the appropriate sales tax in its invoice to the buyer.

Payments for auction sales on IGavel.com must be made within seven (7) days of the sale date or the sale can be cancelled at the discretion of Meiping Ltd.

All payments for IGavel.com auction sales must be made by wire transfer, certified or bank check from a U.S bank only, Paypal or regular check subject to collection. Meiping Ltd. does not accept credit cards.

If Paypal is used there will be an additional charge of 2 1/4% of the payment amount to cover the cost charged by Paypal for the use of its services.

Shipping

The Buyer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, packing and handling charges. Meiping Ltd. charges the actual cost of such shipping, including insurance. It uses either UPS or USPS. When the Buyer notifies Meiping Ltd of the address for shipping purposes Meiping Ltd. will email the shipping costs for either of those services and the buyer can determine which method Meiping Ltd. should use.
